"Coolpink Celebrates 5 Promotions After Compelling Client Ratings"
High Scores on Recommended Agency Register illustrate quality customer service
Award winning digital agency, Coolpink, is this month rewarding 5 of its talented team members after receiving market leading ratings of over 90% from clients across a number of different criteria in the Recommended Agency Register (RAR), further strengthening the agency's stance as the digital marketing agency of the North.
The RAR results reflect Coolpink's key-strengths, showing that they are excelling in the fields of Advertising, Design, and Particularly Digital Strategy, achieving higher-than-average rankings of 94% for client service and 93% for effectiveness, value for money and advocacy.
In recognition of key team members who have contributed to this success, a number of well deserved promotions will see Oliver Wade take up the role of Junior Account Executive; Leigh Taylor move up to Senior Creative; Emma Stevenson bag a coveted Lead Design role; Jenni Agnew move across to the retail team to work on the agency’s highest profile account and Hannah Cooper step into the newly created and extremely exciting role of Customer Experience Executive.
At the same time Coolpink is also welcoming another new account manager Sharon Archibold to further strengthen the award winning client services team.
Currently the youngest member at the digital agency, Oliver Wade’s new role will see him working within the retail team servicing Coolpink's larger scale clients including Bensons for Beds. Client Services Director Sally Aisbitt commented on Oliver's work saying “Olly has shown great commitment and team spirit during his time with Coolpink. We're looking forward to seeing him continue to flourish in his new role as he continues to develop new skills. Luckily, he’s got some great mentors among the existing team to set just the right example.”
In recognition of his development within the creative team, Leigh Taylor takes on the role of Senior Creative, working with clients to provide design work that engages the audience of brands.
With over 10 years design experience including B2B, B2C and web design, Emma Stevenson has adopted a Lead Design role. Her creative expertise and strong commitment will provide the clients with an exceptional design service.
A member of the Coolpink team for just 5 months, Account Executive Jenni Agnew has moved on to Coolpink's largest account. Working as a part of the Account Management team, Jenni will also work on a range of retail clients including Bensons for Beds. Sally Aisbitt said “Working on our biggest accounts holds great prospects for Jenni's growth at Coolpink. She will play an integral role within the retail team, developing her role and building upon her existing knowledge of retail clients”.
Marketing Executive Hannah Cooper has moved to a much wider role as Customer Experience Executive working with the Digital and Business Development teams on sales generation, as well as providing customer service support to clients, alongside her role of working with external suppliers on marketing.
Sharon Archibold has joined Coolpink as Digital Account Manager bringing with her 8 years account management experience gained from working in a full service agency, where she was responsible for leading the delivery of campaigns for Rugby Football League, Taste Card and Super League.
Sharon said: “I have a love for all things digital, so when the opportunity arose to work at Coolpink I jumped at it. It’s refreshing to be part of an environment where the team are dedicated, driven and passionate about the end result they get for their clients”.
Mark Bower, MD at Coolpink said: “After having such a fantastic start to the year with further account wins to the agency, I am proud to be working with such a talented and committed team. To have received such high scores within the RAR ratings from our clients is praise indeed, as they are the critics that matter.
The whole team is committed to providing the best bespoke digital marketing service possible. We think we do a great job but these ratings prove that us going the extra mile, and really working to add value, is appreciated by our clients – good to hear!”
